The Constitutional Gate is free for personal and evaluation use under BUSL-1.1. Paid developer tiers list at $29 / $79 / $199 per seat — and during the beta launch (ends ~Aug 8, 2026) they drop to $19 / $49 / $149 for everyone. Standard pricing applies after the beta.
